En este proyecto, se aprovechar\u00e1n los \u00faltimos resultados en gen\u00f3mica, tanto para el hospedero como para el pat\u00f3geno, y se usar\u00e1 la secuenciaci\u00f3n de ARN conjuntamente con enfoques de gen\u00f3mica comparativa, para revelar genes y su expresi\u00f3n en la patog\u00e9nesis de interacciones compatibles e incompatibles. Ello revelar\u00e1 regiones de genes efectores candidatos en el hongo y genes de resistencia del hu\u00e9sped, los que son cruciales para comprender, finalmente, el control molecular de la
